Performance

- February 2010 – Release concert for CD project #2, Tone Colour Paintbrush
- January 2010, 2011, 2014, 2015; March 2016: Brandon University School of Music Faculty Concerts
- Spring 2003-present: Restaurant/Coffee Shop gigging in Western Manitoba area
- Have been playing professionally at weddings, receptions, and such in the Western Manitoba area since 1993
Education
- September 2003: Graduated with a Master of Music Studies degree from the Queensland Conservatorium, Griffith University, Australia (Studied with Julian Byzantine)
- July 1999, 2000: Two Weeks of intensive training with Florida State University guitar professor Bruce Holzman
- Spring 2015: Completed Level 1 teacher’s certificate through the Suzuki Association of the Americas
- 2012: Completed final level of SAA-approved guitar teacher-training
- 1991-1995: Bachelor of Music, Brandon University, under the tutelage of David Letkemann
- 1992-1993: two summers of study with Prince Edward Island guitarist Paul Bernard

- Appointed to the position of Applied Instructor, Classical Guitar, at the Brandon University School of Music in May 2014
- Directing the Brandon University Guitar Ensemble since September 2006
- Have been on the guitar faculty at the Eckhardt-Grammaté Conservatory, Brandon University, since 1994; Director of the Conservatory Guitar Ensemble Program since September 2005
- Invited to adjudicate for the AMAF provincial festival (2004 and 2022), as well as local festivals in Saskatoon (2012), Calgary (2013, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2021) – Calgary Suzuki Strings Assn.), and Winnipeg (2016 and 2018)
- Guitar Faculty for the Brandon Suzuki Summer Institute (2004, 2010, 2012) and the Mount Royal Conservatory Piano & Guitar Institute (Calgary, AB, August 2014)
- Guest Clinican for weekend workshops in Seattle, WA (August 2003) and Brisbane, Australia (July 2002)
- Have taught privately in the Western Manitoba area since 1993
Composition
- A two-time winner of the Associated Manitoba Arts Festivals Composers’ Competition; subsequently have had several works in the AMAF Syllabus
